If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. No return required.

How to request a refund:
Email hello@getauren.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 2 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item contact us immediately at hello@getauren.com and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
